Heating and Cooling for Addison Homes
Most Addison homes were built between the 1950s and 1970s, with the 1960s the biggest building decade, so ranches and split-levels make up much of the village. Many of those homes are on their second or third furnace and air conditioner, and some still have original ductwork that was sized for smaller equipment or before additions and finished basements.
Pure Comfort looks at the equipment, ductwork, airflow and controls together before recommending a repair or replacement, so the plan fits the whole house instead of just matching the old unit’s label.

AC Repair and Cooling Services in Addison
Air conditioning performance depends on equipment capacity, refrigerant charge, duct delivery, runtime and indoor humidity. Pure Comfort evaluates these factors when a Addison home has warm upstairs rooms, high humidity, weak airflow or an aging system.
For new equipment, we size the system to the home and verify it after installation with temperature, airflow and refrigerant measurements rather than a simple startup check. See our AC repair in Addison and air conditioner installation services.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Pure Comfort Heating and Cooling! The technician arrived on time, was professional, and didn’t leave me waiting around all day. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace’s burner and recommended cleaning the pilot valve and replacing the thermocouple. What I appreciated most was his willingness to explain the problem clearly, walk me through the recommended repairs, and offer helpful advice on maintaining the system going forward. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and I was very pleased with the overall service.
