Open positions
All positions are full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed, working out of our Streamwood shop and serving homes across the northwest and west suburbs.
Lead HVAC Service Technician
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits and boilers
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Explain options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Take-home company truck
HVAC Install Apprentice
- Work alongside lead installers on furnace, AC, heat pump and mini-split replacements
- HVAC trade school and EPA 608 certification required
- Learn venting, sheet metal, line sets and startup procedures
- Clear path to lead installer
HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Perform seasonal furnace and AC tune-ups and safety checks
- HVAC trade school and EPA 608 certification required
- Document findings and flag repairs for our service team
- Path to service technician with paid training
All positions require a valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record and a pre-employment background check and drug test. Every position includes occasional Saturday work as needed, and overtime is available in peak heating and cooling seasons. The lead service technician also takes part in occasional on-call rotations, including weekends.

What does a typical schedule look like?
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed. Lead service technicians also take part in occasional on-call rotations, including weekends. Overtime is available during peak heating and cooling seasons.
Can I grow from apprentice or maintenance into service?
Yes. Paid training and ride-alongs with our lead technicians are how most of our apprentices and maintenance techs move into service and lead install roles.
