Looking Beyond the Equipment in Schaumburg
Schaumburg includes townhomes, planned subdivisions and two-story houses built across several decades. Some systems are on their first replacement; others were replaced without correcting return air, filtration or other conditions that affect comfort.
Pure Comfort looks beyond the equipment label when a room is too warm, an AC short-cycles or a furnace struggles with airflow. The goal is to identify which part of the system needs attention before discussing repair or replacement.

Furnace and Heating Repair in Schaumburg
Pure Comfort repairs, maintains and replaces furnaces, boilers and heat pumps. Our technicians service all major HVAC makes and models and work to identify why the system is not heating properly.
For replacement, we consider load, airflow, duct capacity, filtration, venting and controls. A thoughtful design can prevent common issues such as short cycling, noisy operation and rooms that remain difficult to heat.

AC Repair and Cooling Services in Schaumburg
When an air conditioner underperforms, we inspect the system rather than making assumptions from one symptom. That can include the thermostat, indoor coil, outdoor unit, electrical components, refrigerant operation, condensate drainage and duct airflow.
Replacement planning starts with the home and its comfort needs. Pure Comfort sizes the equipment, checks the supporting system and verifies performance after installation.

Thorough Planning Can Change the Result
One Schaumburg homeowner chose Pure Comfort after receiving five other HVAC quotes because our evaluation went further. We checked attic insulation and investigated airflow concerns, identifying damaged ductwork and missing return-air capacity. After the equipment and related corrections were installed, the homeowner reported a major comfort improvement.

Annual Furnace tune-up on a 2017 carrier furnace. I fixed the rattle at blower motor and adjusted blower speed/gas pressure due to over heating. Also found pressure switch issue. Venting is pitched wrong and should be corrected.

Schaumburg HVAC FAQs
What makes Pure Comfort's replacement evaluation different?
We look beyond the old equipment label by considering load, duct sizing, return air, filters, venting, electrical requirements, controls and the home’s comfort concerns.
Can ductwork cause problems even after new HVAC equipment is installed?
Yes. Damaged, leaky, restrictive or undersized ductwork can limit airflow and comfort. We evaluate relevant duct and return-air conditions during replacement planning.
Does Pure Comfort offer free replacement estimates in Schaumburg?
Yes. Free in-home estimates are available for qualifying HVAC and water heater replacement projects. Diagnostic and repair visits are separate.
Do you service brands other than Lennox?
Yes. Pure Comfort is a Lennox Premier Dealer and services all major HVAC makes and models.
Does Pure Comfort handle HVAC permits in Schaumburg?
Where a permit is required, we confirm the Village of Schaumburg’s current requirements and pull the permit, or help you file it in towns where the homeowner applies, then schedule any required inspection. Homeowners can review the Village of Schaumburg building permit information. Current requirements are confirmed based on the equipment and scope of each applicable project.
Can I finance a new heating or cooling system?
Financing may be available for qualifying projects. Because lenders and promotions can change, the current options are reviewed during the estimate.
