Free HVAC Replacement Estimates
Thinking about a new furnace, air conditioner, heat pump or complete system? Pure Comfort gives free in-home estimates across Streamwood and the northwest and west suburbs, in writing, with a firm price for each option and no obligation.
What Your Free Estimate Includes
We look at the whole home
We evaluate the home, the ductwork and the existing equipment, including venting, return air and access, not just the box being replaced.
Proper sizing
Every system is sized with a load calculation, so you are not paying for a unit that is too big or too small for the house.
Good, Better, Best options
You get written options with a firm price for each one, from dependable single-stage equipment to Lennox high-efficiency and variable-speed systems.
Rebates and financing
We list the Nicor Gas and ComEd rebates your project qualifies for on the quote, and explain financing, including 0% APR on select Lennox systems during Lennox promotions.
What New Systems Typically Cost
| Project | Typical installed price (October 2026) |
|---|---|
| New furnace | $3,000 to $9,500 |
| New air conditioner with coil | $5,000 to $9,000 |
| Furnace and AC together | $8,000 to $19,000 |
Your price depends on the equipment, venting, ductwork and access in your home. Nicor Gas rebates of $150 to $225 apply to qualifying furnaces. Financing is on approved credit.

What Happens on Install Day
- Most furnace installs are finished in four to six hours.
- Installs follow our 49-point checklist and include haul-away of the old equipment.
- Where a permit is required, we confirm the local requirements and pull the permit, or help you file it in towns where the homeowner applies, then schedule any required inspection.
- We finish with a walkthrough, photos of model and serial numbers, manuals left with you and your sign-off.
- Our office registers your Lennox 10-year parts warranty and emails you the certificate, and we add our own labor warranty of 1 to 10 years depending on the package.
Estimate Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Replacement estimates are always free, in writing and with no obligation.
Do you give estimates for repairs?
Repairs are priced after a diagnostic visit, which is $75 during regular hours or $99 on evenings, weekends and holidays. You approve a flat-rate price before any work starts.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
Age, repair history, efficiency and remaining warranty coverage all change the math. We check whether parts or labor coverage is still in force before quoting anything, and we will tell you plainly when a repair makes more sense.
Which towns do you serve?
We are based in Streamwood and serve towns throughout the northwest and west suburbs, including Bartlett, Hoffman Estates, Hanover Park, Schaumburg, Elgin, Bloomingdale and Carol Stream. See all service areas.
