Diagnostic visits carry a $75 fee, which covers the trip and the time it takes to find the actual fault rather than guess at it. You get the diagnosis and the price of the repair before any work starts.
Replacement estimates are free, given in writing and carry no obligation. Financing may be available on qualifying systems, and we confirm the current terms before you decide.

Do you service brands other than Lennox?
Yes. Lennox is our primary equipment line and we are a Lennox Premier Dealer, but we diagnose and service all major HVAC makes and models.
Is there a charge for a service call?
There is a $75 diagnostic fee. It covers the visit and the diagnosis, and you are told the cost of the repair before any work begins.
Are replacement estimates free?
Yes. Replacement estimates are done in your home, given in writing and carry no obligation.
Do you offer emergency service?
Emergency HVAC service is available. Phones are answered directly during business hours and routed to our answering service outside them, so call to check availability for your situation.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
