How Our Pricing Works
$75 diagnostic
A repair visit starts with a $75 diagnostic during regular hours, or $99 on evenings, weekends and holidays. There are no overtime charges on top of that.
Flat-rate price, in writing
After testing the system, the technician explains what failed and gives you a flat-rate price for the repair. Nothing is done until you approve it.
No surprises on the invoice
The approved price is the price you pay. After the work, you get a paid invoice with the technician's notes and the warranties included.
Free replacement estimates
Estimates for a new furnace, air conditioner, heat pump or full system are always free, in writing and with no obligation.

1-Year Repair Warranty
Every repair comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
New System Warranties
Lennox equipment carries a 10-year parts warranty, which our office registers for you. We add a labor warranty of 1 to 10 years depending on the system package, and Lennox ComfortShield extended labor coverage of up to 10 years is available.
Workmanship
Quality work done right the first time. Installs are finished with a walkthrough, photos of model and serial numbers, manuals left with you and your sign-off.
Actual equipment coverage depends on the selected models, registration requirements and labor option.
Payment, Financing and Rebates
- We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Zelle and financing. Repairs are usually paid at the time of service.
- Financing is available for replacement and installation projects through Service Finance and other lenders, on approved credit.
- During Lennox promotions, select systems qualify for 0% APR for 18, 25 or up to 60 months. Longer terms with interest are available on projects over $2,000.
- Nicor Gas and ComEd rebates are listed on your quote when your project qualifies.
