Lennox sells its heating and cooling equipment through independent contractors, and Premier Dealer is the recognition Lennox gives to dealers who meet its standards for technical training, installation quality and customer satisfaction. It is not something a contractor can simply buy. Dealers keep the status by continuing to meet those standards.

How Does a Lennox Installation Work With Pure Comfort?
- Free in-home estimate. We look at your current system, ductwork, venting and electrical, and talk through comfort problems.
- Load calculation and options. You get Good, Better and Best Lennox options in writing with upfront, flat-rate pricing.
- Permit and scheduling. We pull the village permit where required. Most equipment arrives within one to two days.
- Installation. Shoe covers, drop cloths and a protected work area. A furnace or AC alone usually takes four to six hours, and a complete system seven to ten.
- Start-up and testing. Gas pressure, temperature rise, refrigerant charge and airflow are measured and recorded.
- Walkthrough and registration. We show you the new equipment and thermostat, register the Lennox warranty and add ComfortShield coverage.
