Gene did a great job! He was very responsive and timely. Pricing was very fair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t try to make repairs that were unnecessary given the age of our furnace. Highly recommended.
Installation:
We decided to install a new furnace and thermostat as our furnace was nearly 20 years old with some costly repairs ahead and our a/c unit is over 30 years old and undersized for our home. We shopped around with other reputable Lennox dealers and found Pure Comfort's pricing to be very competitive. Gene was the most knowledgeable of all the HVAC reps who came out and was able to explain everything using actual calculations. We decided to go with Pure Comfort because we were confident that we were going to get a quality product that was installed and sized properly for our home. Gene and his crew were very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
